Old Base Factory sits on ground that has quietly been part of the game for decades. For over 30 years, this building produced the base frames for Rawlings, used throughout Major League Baseball.
Today, that same space has been reimagined into something new. A place built by locals, for the community, where families, teams, and friends can connect and create their own memories.

Designed to flex with your needs. On busy days, the space can open up to provide additional room for guests. For private events, it transforms into a fully dedicated setting, complete with its own entrance, bar, outdoor area, and service team.
Whether you are hosting a team gathering, celebration, or corporate event, the space offers the flexibility, privacy, and support to make it feel seamless.
Enjoy a Drink
At the center of it all, a large indoor-outdoor bar built for gathering. Local craft beers, signature cocktails, and wine, with plenty of room to pull up a seat, catch the game, and stay awhile.

Old Base Factory is proud to partner with Currency of Caring, a nonprofit founded locally with a simple mission: making sure everyone has access to a hot meal with dignity.
At OBF, guests can help by rounding up their purchase or purchasing a meal token. Those tokens can be used for a hot meal with no paperwork, no questions and no stigma right here in our local communities.
And when OBF reaches 100 meal tokens purchased, Currency of Caring will deploy a food truck to an area in our community experiencing food insecurity and serve 100 hot meals!
